I’m Christina. I live in Antwerp (Belgium), I work in marketing as a copywriter / content manager, and I’m studying to be a health coach. I’m a nutrition nerd, word lover and curious cat.

In this blog I’d like to share what I’m learning during my classes to become a health coach. I think both mental and physical health are equally important so I’ll be posting about both.

I have some intolerances (coffee, wheat, cow’s milk and pork) so how I deal with that might come up a bit.

I’m also dealing with depression and panic attacks so that might come up too.
(I wasn’t sure if I wanted to mention this, but not mentioning it won’t help getting rid of the stigma around depression.)
